  1. If the customer wishes to cancel his or her order with CaseStudyHelp.com, the customer can only do so within 12 hours of placing the order. In this case, CaseStudyhelp.com will refund the order amount and once the cancellation done, the amount will be fully refunded via original method of payment ( after deduction bank charges)
  1. In case CaseStudyhelp.com is unable to deliver an order placed by customer; CaseStudyhelp.com will issue full refund against the order.
  1.  If you notice that you were charged twice, and you receive two receipts from the payment processing system (that is, 2CHECKOUT, PAYPAL, CCAVENUE or other payment method), do not hesitate to contact us. Forward both receipts to our email casestudyassignmenthelp@gmail.com or contact with out 24 x 7 live chat operators. The extra payment will be refunded in full within the shortest possible time.
  1. We always do our best to assign the most appropriate writer to work on your writing work; however, it is still possible that on rare occasions, the expert is not found. If this does occur, we will refund your full amount.
  1. We will refund partial amount (50%) in case you got F grade in your assignment which is done by our company. Reason behind is that we pay to writer to work on your assignment.
