Task 3
Task three is designed to assess your ability to demonstrate knowledge of the impact of change on people in organisations, and manage change for a work team in relation to the changes previously identified through your interview.
You will need to identify, plan for and manage these change in a work team (the trainers).
You are required to develop a change management plan. Your change management plan should include the following;
1. Cover page with Manager approval sign-off section

4. Project Objectives
5. Change Objectives and Principles
6. Change Plan Elements
7. Rationale for the Change
8. Key Stake holder analysis
9. Assessment of readiness to Change

14. Explain how Change is going to be evaluated

Where additional information is required, ask your trainer. Once your plan is completed, gain approval to undertake the project from your manager (trainer) who will sign and date the “manager approval sign-off section’’. You should now be ready to implement the change.
