International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement were established in the year 1863 in Geneva, Switzerland. The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) was established in the year 1863. While the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent was established in the year 1919. The Red Cross was established to protect human health and the wellbeing so that sufferings of human beings can be alleviated (Ifrc.org, 2015).

WHO

World Health Organization is concerned with the protection of the health of the public on an International level. The organization was established in 7^th April, 1948. 61 countries had signed the constitution of the World Health Organization on 22^nd July, 1946. The organization has played major role to remove severe diseases (Who.int, 2015).

International Red Cross and the Red Crescent Movement are located in Geneva in Switzerland. They are located nearly in every part of the world. There are 189 societies located nationally that is recognized by the ICRC and they are admitted as the members of federation (Ifrc.org, 2015).

WHO

World Health Organization has it’s headquarter in Geneva, Switzerland. The constitution of WHO has been signed by the 61 countries. WHO has played a major role in the eradication of major diseases. The organization has played a major role in the eradication of the diseases that are communicable in nature. They have played a major role in the securing the health of the people so that proper development of health is maintained (Who.int, 2015).
