Case study 3 – Miss Sarah Adams

 

Miss Sarah Adams is 36 years old and has an intellectual and physical disability. Sarah’s receives community support and has recently had an increase in hours due to a change in her mobility needs.

Bronny is a support worker and has been providing support to Sarah for the past 2 years. Due to the increase in hours and a change in the support schedule for Sarah, Bronny is no longer able to support Sarah, and is being replaced by Virginia, a new support worker.
