This assessment consists of four tasks. These tasks are the outputs from the activities that you have completed during the course:
- 100 Day Go to Market Plan (70 marks) (about 3000 words).
- Investor Pitch Presentation (Video) (10 marks) – Video on YouTube and Slides in the Report. Ensure the URL of the video presentation is clearly placed UNDER the Executive Summary. (No more than 10 slides)
- Customer Pitch Presentation (Video) (10 marks) – Video on YouTube and Slides in the Report. Ensure the URL of the video presentation is clearly placed UNDER the Executive Summary. (No more than 10 slides).
- Reflection on the development process of your product/service (10 marks) (about 500 words).

Task 1 – 100 Day Go to Market Plan (About 3000 words)
Prepare and submit a 100 day go to market plan. The plan should include the following parts:
- A bit about you
- The product/service offering – Why What and How
- Strategic Imperatives
- Market summary
- Product Definition
- Competitor Analysis
- Market Positioning
- Pricing
- Distribution
- Solution/Value Proposition (canvas)
- Key Buyer Personas
- Customer Journey
- Features, Advantages and benefits
- Revenue Model and Business Model plus fundraising request (if required) 15.IP plan
- Launch Strategy for 100 days
- Success metrics (KPI’s)
Your writing must be succinct, purposeful and professionally presented. You are encouraged to include the artefacts and outputs you have developed over the duration of the course, e.g., Lean Canvas, value proposition, customer personas in your final plan.
Task 2 – Investor Pitch Presentation (No more than 10 Slides)
Prepare an investor pitch presentation of no more than 10 slides and 5 minute long. This pitch will be your chance convince potential investors that your digital product or service would be worthwhile investing in. Record your presentation. You may use a screen capture application, smart phone and video record, or other means. Your marker will need to see both the presentation and you presenting it.
Task 3 – Customer Pitch Presentation (No more than 10 Slides)
Prepare a customer pitch presentation of no more than 10 slides and 5 minutes long. This pitch will be your chance to convince potential customers that your digital product or service solves a problem they have. Record your presentation. Task 4 – Reflective Report (About 500 words)
Write a short reflective report that shares your experiences and learning during the development of your digital product or service. You may reflect on both the individual and group work components of the course. The following questions can be used as a guide:
- What problems and challenges did you experience and how did you overcome them?
- What was your experience of working in a group?
- What did you learn about your own entrepreneurial strengths and weaknesses?
- What are the main lessons you learned during the process of developing your product or service?
Your reflective report should be around 500 words and include APA referencing as required.
