Read the Case study below and answer the question that follows.
The head teacher Haabunkululu primary school wanted to introduce change in the afternoon programme to improve the reading levels in the school. However, not all his teachers received the proposed change whole-heartedly. Some of them felt this change would improve their career prospects, so they had to support it; some saw it as a something that would be implemented to catch those who do not come for extra-mural activities, so they opposed the change on principle. Others felt the change had some good and bad sides; others were unsure about the effect of the change or how it will affect their own personal interests; while the others felt the change was worth their support as it might improve the reading levels in the school.
