Q1. Karen met Leonard through a dating program and after a whirlwind romance, they got married. They exchanged marriage vows in front of a pastor in church. Prior to the marriage, Karen had already made it clear to Leonard that she did not wish to have sexual  intercourse  and  only  wanted  to  enter  into  the  marriage  for  companionship purposes. Leonard initially agreed but found that he changed his mind about it as he was falling deeper and deeper in love with Karen. Karen continues to refuse to have sex with him. Leonard now wishes to have a complete  family with another woman he met  and  wants  advice  with regard  to ending  his  marriage  with  Karen. Would your answer be different if it transpired that Karen is in fact pregnant with a child of another man whom she has been secretly seeing?

Q2. Fredrick and Winnie married 12 years ago. Recently, they quarreled frequently and Fredrick has been staying out late and returning home drunk. Winnie grew tired of Fredrick and started having an affair with her neighbor, Barry.Fredrick got to know about the affair but kept quiet about it, hoping that it was just a passing phase and that Winnie would resume her love for him. However, Winnie continued to find fault with Fredrick and even taunted him on his sexual ability in comparison to that of Barry’s. Unable to tolerate it any further, Fredrick now seeks your advice as to the law on divorce.
