You are to choose a leader that you admire–or despise–for that matter; the leader may be living or dead, and from any area you choose, business, organization, government or? After reading chapter 12, reflect on the breadth and depth of content presented in MVG, and then conduct research to gather information about your chosen leader.
You may use any sources of information your wish–including anecdotal sources to create a virtual colloquium to be attended by your OB Cohorts. Your colloquium by being in any format you choose, using any appropriate medium you choose. Word and/or PowerPoint would be very appropriate mediums. At least the following topics should be addressed; you may use a VERY liberal definition of these constructs.
1) Leadership theories and processes [how do they lead–what theories or models of leadership fit?]
2) Leadership styles. [describe and present at least their primary style, secondary?, tertiary?]
3) Other OB topics. Please feel free to include other topics within the field of Organizational Behavior that helped create either positive or negative results for this leader.
