This report puts forth an understanding of the case study analysis of The Neenan Group to evaluate and analyze their decision-making under uncertain conditions. The Neenan company was originally started as a small construction company in the year 1973 by Denver Colorado, which was later purchased by David Neenan in 1976, who named it after himself and transformed its operations to include the design-build industry approach for construction purpose. This transformation, enabled the company to gain competitive advantage and recognition in the construction industry through effective and efficient utilization of the design-build approach to its full advantage, thereby realizing significant revenue streams during the year 1999-2000. As of now, the construction firm is facing major issues which are having a significant impact on its operations and business activities.
