- Further research into CPD and associated topics taught in class, such as NLP, Emotional Intelligence, Critical Thinking, Coaching or Positive Psychology. Choose 1 and explain what it is, how it works and discuss how this can be applied personally. (40% of marks)
- Identify potential career options, roles and job descriptions / opportunities. Carry out a gap analysis based on your current employability skill level and the requirement from your ideal post. Develop an action plan to further develop specific areas of employability skills. (20% of marks)
