• It is recommended that you utilise the research topic that you selected for ‘Assessment point 1 (Week 4) – Literature Review’ in your Research Proposal. For this assignment, if you choose to continue with the research topic you used in ‘Assessment point 1 (Week 4) – Literature Review’, you are expected to paraphrase your work to some extent and improve and enhance it according to the feedback provided by your tutor.
• Alternatively, you have the option to choose another research topic related to the field of Human Resource Management and develop your Research Proposal based on that topic.

For this assignment, you will not collect and analyse any data.

The Research Proposal should be structured as follows:

• Title page: Clearly state your student details and the proposed research
• Introduction (400 words): In this section, you should present your research topic and explain the topic The section should include appropriate background information and explain the rationale for selecting this research topic and the potential contribution of the proposed research.
