You need to include a process map \u2013 which can be a high-level process map, particularly if the process is large.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Evaluate the current performance of the process in terms of all five performance objectives. Given the organisation\u2019s strategy and needs, identify and briefly discuss the performance objective or objectives that need to be improved.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Use some of the concepts and tools of Process Design and Analysis (i.e. Topic 3 in the Learning Materials) to analyse the process in detail and provide recommendations on how it can be improved in terms of the identified operations performance objective (or objectives).
