Critically analyse McGregor\u2019s paradigm of theory X and Y of organisational change and its impact on<br \/>\nmanagerial role<br \/>\n2.3. Discuss five models of organisational behaviour and impact of these models on managerial orientation,<br \/>\nemployee orientation, psychological and performance result.<br \/>\n2.4. Evaluate value organisational theory as a tool for understanding behaviour in organisations<br \/>\n2.5. Discuss the issues of entering and contracting process of organisational development<br \/>\n3.2. Differentiate diagnostic and open system models and their importance from individual level to<br \/>\norganisational level for development process.<br \/>\n3.3. Critically evaluate the process of collecting and analysing diagnostic information that include diagnostic<br \/>\nrelationship, methods for collecting data, sampling, techniques for analysing data and feed-back.<br \/>\nTask 4 (this provides evidence for 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4)<br \/>\n4.1. Explain emotional reactions to change, resistance and traumas experienced in<br \/>\nthe change process and psychological barriers to change<br \/>\n4.2. Critically analyse Kotter&#8217;s 8-Step model to implementing change within an organisation.<br \/>\n4.3. Analyse how a team evolves and how different expectations within teams can be managed.<br \/>\n4.4. Identify and describe the major learning-based and process-based perspective on motivation and how<br \/>\nthese theories play an important part in organisational change and development.<br \/>\nTask 5 (this provides evidence for 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4)<br \/>\n5.1.
