An assessment of the current situation of the firm. This includes &#8211;<br \/>\n\uf0b7 The environment in which the firm operates &#8211; the industry<br \/>\n\uf0b7 The competitive situation and strategies of the firm, including its<br \/>\nfinancial results,<\/p>\n<p>with the objective of identifying the key issues that must be addressed<br \/>\nThis is not a summary of the case but rather your personal<br \/>\nevaluation\/critique of the<br \/>\nsituation using the relevant tools covered in the course.<\/p>\n<p>2. A description of the alternatives to address the issues identified,<br \/>\nfollowed by detailed 3 recommendations. This is a very important and<br \/>\npotentially the most difficult part of the case analysis. The search for<br \/>\nalternatives must be broad and should consider significant redirection,<br \/>\nreorganization or disposition of parts or all the business. Also, changes in<br \/>\nbusiness and competitive strategies are expected here. Be specific in your<br \/>\nrecommended solution.
