Compare this with the structure and culture within a large organisation.<br \/>\n1.2 Further explain how the relationship between structure and culture can impact on the performance of a company like Mercury Print &amp; Packaging Limited.<br \/>\n1.3 Finally discuss the factors which can influence individual behavior at work and its overall impact on a company\u2019s performance.<br \/>\nTo achieve M1, you will make effective judgments and further examples on the impact of structure and culture on a business\u2019s performance.<br \/>\nTo achieve D1, you will have to justify with clear ideas your conclusions on the impact of individual behaviours at work.<br \/>\n(Task 1 covers LO1 and Assessment Criteria AC1.1; AC1.2; AC1.3; M1; D1)<br \/>\nTask 2:<br \/>\nThis section of the report will focus on leadership and management styles:<br \/>\n2.1 Compare the effectiveness of different leadership style.
