Introduction<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>In this section of your presentation:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Explain the purpose of the learning review and evaluation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><strong>2. Evaluation data and feedback<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>In this section of your presentation:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Describe the sources of evaluation data and feedback you used to review the program effectiveness; one source must relate to review of the individual plan effectiveness, the other source must relate to the review of the team plan effectiveness.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Outline how the evaluation data and feedback was gathered for each example (i.e., both individual and team plans).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><strong>3.
