Use this framework to identify future recommendations.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><em>Guide word count: max. 1000 words<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>Activity 2<\/strong><\/span>: In references to Activity 1, critically evaluate current approaches to the decision-making process that is involved in organizational projects, identifying potential areas to improve the strategic decision-making process.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Guide word count: max. 1000 words<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>Activity 3<\/strong><\/span>: Critically analyze project procurement for organizational projects, identifying a range of service delivery contracts and proposing areas to improve.
