You need to include<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An analysis of how communication channels have changed over time in a given organisation and their impact on resourcing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>LO1 Assessment Criteria 1.1, 1.2, 1D1<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Activity 2<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The second module to be produced is intended to support existing employees with their CPD.\u00a0 This will consist of an information pack titled \u2018The factors that impact on workplace communication\u2019, and should include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An information sheet explaining how an organisation\u2019s structure can impact upon workplace communication;<\/li>\n<li>An information sheet identifying different types of management and leadership styles and the impact they have on workplace communication;<\/li>\n<li>An article critiquing the role that technology has in supporting workplace communication, citing appropriate examples and\/or case studies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Merit Task<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For a <strong>Merit <\/strong>grade your information pack also needs to include an impact analysis that assesses what factors affect workplace communication in a named organisation.
