How the assessment fits into the subject\/course:
\nThe focus on reflexive research methodologies and strategies is a core element of the MBA. This
\nassessment provides students with opportunities to reflect on each other\u2019s practice and coach one
\nanother to develop strategies for continuous improvement.
\nAssessment Linkages of Part 1 and 2:
\nStrategies used in Part 1 will suggest themes that will be developed further in the reflexive journal of
\nPart 2.<\/p>\n

Instructions:<\/strong>
\nPart 1
\nStudents will work in pairs for this first part of the assessment; pairings will be assigned by the
\nLearning Facilitator. Working in pairs students will coach each other in leadership skills and
\ninfluences and will provide each other effective feedback for learning and development. In providing
\nfeedback students should consider cultural understanding and social practices; other parameters will
\nbe pre\u2010defined by the Learning Facilitator. Each student will provide a peer with information on the
\norganisation, role description, key organisational stakeholders, etc. in order to frame the peer
\ncoaching and feedback exercise.
\nOutput\/Deliverable and parameters of the assessment
\nStudents will submit a feedback report consisting of 2000 words.
