Assessment Event 1

This assessment event requires you to submit a report that demonstrates your ability to determine the development needs of individuals and teams in an organisation.

Your report must include the following sections:

1. Introduction
2. Team training and development needs
3. Individual training and development

Needs Note:

• The assessment for this event is based on either the following Plan2go scenario 1 or alternatively you may base the assessment on your own organization.
• Your document must outline how you would identify learning and development needs and opportunities for improvement using a range of sources.

This item must address the criteria listed in the table below.

2. Identify two sources you could use to determine current performance and skill levels of the team. For each source explain:
   • How the information obtained will assist you to develop a team learning program
   • what method you used to collect this information including any relevant organisational policies, plans, and procedures.
3. Outline how you will encourage the team to self-evaluate their
