A significant portion of the branch’s risk assets are concentrated in five customers within the transport, building material and pharmaceutical sectors. Two of these customers are experiencing cash-flow difficulties, while another customer has repeatedly requested restructuring of an existing facility.
The branch also has a high volume of dormant accounts and inactive POS terminals. Customer complaints relating to delayed transaction resolution, failed POS transactions and inadequate relationship management have increased.
