This assessment event requires you to submit a presentation in a suitable business format that demonstrates your ability to review and evaluate learning.
Your presentation must include the following information:
- Introduction
- Evaluation data and feedback
- Recommended improvements
Note:
- The assessment for this event is based on either the Plan2go scenario 3 or alternatively you may base the assessment on your own organization.
These items must address the criteria as listed in the table below.
You must meet the marking criteria below in order to successfully complete this assessment event.
1. Introduction
In this section of your presentation:
- Explain the purpose of the learning review and evaluation.
2. Evaluation data and feedback
In this section of your presentation:
- Describe the sources of evaluation data and feedback you used to review the program effectiveness; one source must relate to review of the individual plan effectiveness, the other source must relate to the review of the team plan effectiveness.
- Outline how the evaluation data and feedback was gathered for each example (i.e., both individual and team plans).
3. Recommended improvements
In this section of your presentation:
- Summarize the evaluation results for both the individual plan and the team program.
- Identify whether the learning plan/program performance outcomes were met (or not) and why.
- Outline follow up actions that will provide further development opportunities to the individual and the team.
- Explain how the data informs improvements you would make to the existing program if it was delivered again or future learning programs.
