Case Analysis Presentation for a Harvard Topic

This is a case analysis presentation for a Harvard
Business School Case: The Dannon Company: Marketing and Corporate Social Responsibility. It needs to illustrate understanding of key issues, no important analytical errors or omissions, concise, organized, appropriate
charts and tables. Ability to apply marketing concepts to business situations. It should focus on introducing the key issues and proposing the solutions for those issues.


Case Write-Up and Expectations (you can add more slides/topics to go more in depth on the presentation as needed, please add notes on the comment section so I can further explain what the slide is trying to say when doing the presentation). This is a 20 min presentation.

Citation/Referencing Style - MLA Style

Format: for case analysis presentation
- Executive Summary (summarizes the case and points to your decision, etc.)
- Company Background / History
- Key issues
- Analysis / Tools of analysis, examples below:

 + Competitive (he wants us to match threats to weaknesses and opportunities
to strengths)
 + Financial (how you want to finance)

- Answer the following questions at the end of the powerpoint:
 1. Should Neuwirth propose the CSR strategy to the executive committee? If so, who would spearhead the effort?
 2. What type of communications strategy and media channels should he suggest?
 3. Would a brand - level strategy be a better choice than a CSR strategy? Why and why not.
